Collaborations and surveillance are going to be the key for us to be prepared for the next pandemic:

The challenges ahead that we really need to tackle are going to be in primary healthcare. We will have to strengthen that. We will have to get closer to our people. We will have to ensure that our diagnostics and screening tools are much stronger.
