Build Capacity of Civil Society Organisations for Sustainable Impact

The project designed in collaboration with SAKSHAM is designed to equip Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) with the skills, tools, and networks they need to thrive in today’s challenging environment. Through hands-on training workshops on fundraising curated and led by ETI, the project aims to build sustainable operational capacity, helping CSOs access resources, design effective strategies, and foster long-term donor relationships.

The workshops have been successfully held in Bhopal and Varanasi, where participants engaged in interactive sessions on proposal writing, donor engagement, and leveraging technology for fundraising. With a mix of lectures, case studies, role-playing, and group activities, the sessions provided both practical tools and peer-learning opportunities. In the coming months, the project will expand to multiple states, with the goal of strengthening CSOs across India and creating a culture of resilience, innovation, and collaboration. This is also further supported by Handholding sessions with donors, curated by ETI for enhanced reach and impact
