Free Eye-Screening Across Government Schools in Delhi

Thanks to the support from Department of Education, ETI is now working across 30 government schools in Delhi to provide free eye-screening to young individuals.

The project’s primary objective is to build a preventive mechanism to ensure that children, especially young girls, have visual impairments identified and addressed in time. It also aims to generate awareness among teachers, parents and students about the importance of correct vision and the possible identifiers of visual impairments, while hoping to build a positive impact on academic performance and ability to attend school.
