Saakhi Rai is a Research Associate at ETI. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Lady Shri Ram College for Women and a Master’s from the Faculty of Arts, University of Delhi. With prior experience at J-PAL South Asia and Queer India Archives, she has worked across governance, education, and queer rights. At ETI, she supports public health and advocacy initiatives through an intersectional lens, with a strong interest in public health equity and access to care.
